Our soft play is for 0-5 years old.

Soft play is great for various occasions where kids are present including birthdays, baby showers, weddings, family gatherings, casual play dates and more!

Our standard rental time is up to 4 hours. Should you need extra time, let us know and we will accommodate your needs, each extra hour is available for an additional fee.

At the moment we use "cliq" service and cash. In order to reserve your package and secure your date we require payment to be made withing 24 hours of booking confirmation. After this time we will assume that you've changed your mind and will offer this date to others.

We recommend booking 1-2 months in advance to secure your date. However, don't hesitate to reach out even closer to date, as we may still have availability.

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. If you need to reschedule your event, please make sure to make it not later than 48 hours prior to your initial booking date. We will secure your spot for 6 months from the initial date cancellation.

This deposit will be refunded 1-2 days after event if there were no damages to any of the equipment.

Yes, if changes are available, they can be made not later than 48 hours prior to the event by contacting us.

Our standard sets are 4*4m and 3*3m but can be customized to fit your event. We can adjust the size smaller if needed.

For full and mini set ups, the delivery of the equipment will be arranged 24 hours prior to the event. Please, ensure that there is a proper parking space for delivery and pick up. We will arrive 1 hour before event start time to begin set up.

Set up usually takes about an hour, ensuring every detail is in place. Dismantling also needs an hour, ensuring a smooth conclusion to the experience.

The earliest we will set up is 9 am and the latest pick up is 9pm. During set up and break down we ask that the area be clear of little guests for safety reasons.

Yes, as long as the weather permits. During summer months outdoor events must have shaded or covered area so it's not too hot for your little ones. The soft play can get extremely hot in the summertime heat and can cause burns. We will not set up over uneven surface to ensure safety of kids. We will only set up on grass or solid areas that are clear of debris and animal feces. Our safety fence must be set up for outdoor areas. A tarp will be laid down under the play mat if needed.

We will say alhamdulillah :) and will not set up outdoors if there is rain/snow in the forecast to ensure safety of kids. Rain and snow can also damage equipment. Please, have an indoor location as a back-up plan in case of weather issues. If indoor is not an option, you may reschedule your event not later than 48 hours before date.

All our soft play equipment is cleaned before and after each event.

Yes, for the safety of kids and to ensure that our equipment stays in good condition, we will place a board of rules at play area. Also, we don't service events that will have face paint, so please let us know if you plan to have it.
